JOHNSON CITY, Texas (April 19, 2022) – Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa is honoring mom on Mother’s Day to say “thank you” for all she does for her family. A fine way to show her well-deserved gratitude is to bring her and the family to the resort for its delicious Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet with a menu to please everyone. In appreciation of all mothers who have a reservation, a pink rose will be gifted tableside, and she’ll receive a Spa coupon to be used at mom’s convenience at the resort’s new “Opening Soon” Spa.

This Texas Hill Country Brunch for mothers-of-the-day has a delicious buffet spread in the Live Oak Ballroom with favorites for the whole family and a Bottomless Beer, Wine, Mimosa and Michelada Bar for a $25 add-on. To start the feast, there are a Chef Hosted Omelet Station, Classic French Toast and Blueberry Blintzes. On the lighter side, guests may choose seasonal fruit platter, assorted cheeses, spring green salad or Asian salad. There’s also a Shrimp Cocktail and Ceviche Bar and a Lox and Bagel Bar. At the Chef Carving Stations, the selections are House Roasted Prime Rib au jus with horseradish cream and House Baked Spiral Ham with apple apricot compote. Hearty Entrees and Sides are House Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Bordelaise sauce, Chicken Coq Au Vin with braised carrots and pearl onions, Sautéed Clams Fettuccine, Roasted Potatoes and Seasonal Veggies. Mouthwatering Dessert Buffet will be danishes, pastries, cakes, cookies and brownies.
$75 for adults, $20 for children 10 and under; exclusive of tax and gratuity. Bottomless Beer, Wine, Mimosa and Michelada Bar can be added for $25 per person. Reservations required and available online at OpenTable.
