What Time Is Check-Out?
Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.
Is Reception Open 24 Hours?
Yes, Carter Creek's reception is staffed 24 hours a day with one of our helpful Front Desk team members.
Does The Property Have WiFi?
Yes, as a part of your daily resort amenity fee, we're happy to provide WiFi throughout most of the property.
Can I Leave My Luggage At The Front Desk?
Yes, we're happy to make accommodations with Guest Services to hold your luggage free of charge in the event your room is not ready when you arrive, or in the event you must check-out early.
Does Carter Creek Winery Have Early Check-In / Late Check-Out?
Yes, we're pleased to offer our guests the option of early check-in and late check-out, however, this is based on availability.

Does Carter Creek Winery Have A Pool Or Hot Tub?
Yes, we do have a pool available on-site for Carter Creek guests, along with a hot tub.
Is There A Minimum Stay Requirement?
Sometimes we may place a minimum stay requirement.
This would typically be placed on a Friday or Saturday; however, both our online booking engine and a reservation agent would let you know at the time of booking.
Is Carter Creek Winery Dog Friendly?
Yes, Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa is dog friendly. Feel free to bring your furry friend along for the fun. There is an additional fee of $50 per stay, and don't worry there is no weight limit.
