New Luxurious Texas Winery Resort Adds Pampering, Health and Wellness to its Guest Offerings
JOHNSON CITY, Texas – Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa – Texas Hill Country’s only winery and brewery resort – announces the opening of The Spa at Carter Creek on Friday, June 3. The 1,500-square-foot luxury spa specializing in organic and therapeutic treatments and more will be open Fridays through Sundays to welcome resort guests and local Texas Hill Country health and wellness devotees. Special offerings include a select glass of Carter Creek wine or non-alcoholic option with any 50-minute service, and infused waters are also available.
“We are so pleased to announce the opening of The Spa at Carter Creek – just in time for our active summer season,” said Matt Kleefisch, general manager of the 78 villas resort. “We’re looking forward to The Spa providing luxurious pampering, relaxation and healthful rejuvenation services to our guests from far and near.”
Seasoned spa and hospitality professional Gülçin Johnson will serve as spa director and direct the operations of five treatment rooms, including couples’ treatments. The Spa will feature a dry sauna, locker rooms, an outdoor pool and whirlpool, outdoor fireplace and a fitness center.
The Spa menus are highlighted by organic and therapeutic treatments utilizing healthy organic ingredients and featuring product lines including Eminence Organic Skin Care and The Spa manager’s own Gülçin Botanicals, which are produced in Texas. Massages range from Basalt/Himalayan Salt Stone Massage to Couple’s Massage, and Express Treatments of a 25-minute Focused Back Massage and 25-minute Foot Reflexology are offered. Featured are Body Treatments, rituals such as Vibrant Living highlighted by intense hydration wrap and massage, and facials include a Classic Facial, one for anti-aging, one for teens and a special gentleman’s facial. Massages may be enhanced with “Indulge Your Back,” “Soothe the Sole,” “Treat Your Hand” and “Peace of Mind.” Waxing is also available.
The Spa at Carter Creek is open Friday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Alternate dates and times are available by appointment only. Reservations are encouraged. 20% gratuity is added to all services. Reservations are available at 830.856.2692.
