CARTER CREEK WINERY RESORT & SPA WELCOMES FALL WITH VINE & DINE SERIES FEATURING SEASONAL WINE PAIRINGS

JOHNSON CITY, Texas – Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa, the premier winery and brewery destination in the Texas Hill Country, is excited to introduce the Vine & Dine Dinner Series – a curated collection of four-course gourmet dinners, perfectly paired with the resort’s award-winning Texas wines.

Set in the intimate ambiance of the winery’s Member’s Lounge with communal seating, this special series invites guests to indulge in Texas-inspired culinary delights while mingling in elegant Texas cocktail attire. Each event will begin with a celebratory Carter Creek sparkling wine toast, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.

The first Vine & Dine dinner will take place on Friday, October 11, featuring Hell Raiser Braised Short Rib served with Creamy Asiago Polenta, Charred Broccolini and Pickled Red Onion. The second dinner, on Friday, November 15, will showcase Smoked Short Rib alongside Charred Corn & Poblano Raas, Fried Tomatillo and Pickled Okra. The series concludes on Friday, December 13, with Pan-Seared Sea Bass paired with Spicy Moroccan Chickpea Stew, Charred Baby Carrots and Grilled Lemon.

Each course has been meticulously paired with Carter Creek’s award-winning wines, enhancing the flavors and elevating the dining experience. Guests can expect plenty of toasts to the vibrant Texas Hill Country community as the evening unfolds.
